To do so, I make sure we have leaders with vast experience in these markets who can identify, translate, and even anticipate the most successful marketing approaches in their industries, and I ensure that our approach as an agency is built to satisfy those requirements. I’m committed to significant growth through our vertical framework, because growth is a signifier that we’re not only meeting our clients’ needs, but also leading them to unprecedented success within their fields. Responsibilities include achieving the highest in customer satisfaction, developing and guiding our vertical teams to grow clients and new business; including targeting new logo accounts, overseeing our business development process to ensure quality RFP responses that are positioned accurately and competitively in the marketplace, reviewing client accounts on a regular basis and ensuring our Client’s Customer Strategy is defined and their goals are being met. Since January 2013 – we have experienced double-digit growth rates and our client satisfaction (NPS) scores continue to make significant improvements year over year. Created and launched the Client Partner model inside the vertical framework in addition to launching Merkle’s Enterprise Solutions Group.
