Building up a new integrated solar company for high efficiency mono-crystalline N-type back-contacted PV modules.TSC developed state-of-the-art highly automated manufacturing platform from ingot growing, sawing, cell, module and junction box electronics.Primary responsible for technology and low cost, high quality industrial line with integral building concept for Cz (Czochralski) ingot pulling, sawing line including diamond wire wafering and wafer cleaning/texturization.Covering also IPR position and junction box electronics.

NXP considered to take a stake in this company.Finally ramped down this activity within two months: relocation of engineers, termination of running contracts and relationships.
