Prepare programming demo in Agilent VEE.Job description as a Technical Customer Support Engineer (TCSE) involves handling issues via regional contact centers in US, Europe, Asia which cannot be resolved locally. This may include creating sample programs forcertain applications for customer that is using Agilent product but is integrating it together with various other products. Main product of focus is the USB data acquisition device that is programmable via Agilent VEE, National Instrument Labview and also .NET programming codes. Often times will provide remote assistance to the customer via email or on the phone over the setup that customer is using and how to troubleshoot the problem spontaneously over at customer’s side and also my side whenever possible. This may vary from software configuration/settings to hardware connectivity that may involve incorrect connections or wrong understanding of the user guide or instruction manual. Often times, problems may occur with the way customer does the grounding.Providing best practices and FAQ to be posted online is one of the core practices of a TCSE. This will greatly minimize dependency and greatly increase self supportability.Work closely with product engineer and R&D engineers to provide the best support platform possible to get back to customer with a confident solution.Handles New Product Introduction (NPI) for upcoming products.
