At MicroPartner I have a dual role. My primary role is, as the Managing Director to make sure that we have the best skilled resources and high quality in all our processes and deliverables. For me it is important to be a motivating manager and give my employees the opportunity to have influence in the direction of the company. That combined with having fun at work and that everyone is challenged in their job, is what drives me and the company.My second role is as the technical lead for our deliverables. I am the solution platform architect and my focus is to help our customers build the CRM platform, robust and secure, so they get the best outcome of their investment.
