I have a BS in Finance from Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business, and I have been in the private lending industry for the last eighteen years. Previous to this, I worked for Accenture as business consultant.Prior to establishing Tonka Loans in January 2023, I worked as a Private Mortgage Loan Broker at Maggio Capital, Inc., and Source Capital, Inc.. I specialized in stated income, equity-based real estate loans for various property types and scenarios. I successfully closed multiple deals ranging from $50K to $5M, with up to 75% loan to value. I partnered with borrowers, investors, realtors, escrow agents, and appraisers to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
