Born and raised in Taiwan.I was exposed to traditional arts before I started primary school. I developed keen talents in water colours and sketches. In my teens, I became very obsessed with film. That's then I decided to be a filmmaker. Ever since then, everything I do is contributed to this goal. I was director for a number of stage plays and video productions in college. In the end of my studies, I received a Bachelor Degrees in English Literature, Linguistic & Language and a diploma in Tourism from Providence University in 2003.In 2004, I moved to the US to pursuit my filmmaker dream. One year later, I was awarded with a diploma in Film Directing from New York Film Academy (NYFA) in 2004.Between 2005 and 2007, I worked in various jobs in Taiwan, mainly as a production assistant and very often, as an editor and screenplay wright.In early 2007, I moved to Australia to further my study in Film. I finished my Master's Degrees in Film & Digital Images with High Distinction in The University of Sydney in 2008I have been living in Australia since 2007. Currently I am working as a lecturer of Filmmaking & Coordinator of Film in Academy of Information Technology since 2010.
