Greeted guests as they arrived and sat down, guided them through the process of ordering items, going over specials, and making sure what they ordered is what they received in a short period of time. Took credit card and cash sales as well as gift certificates and vouchers while returning the correct amount of change to them if needed. Must be knowledgable of everything on the menu including all alcoholic beverages sold within the restaurant, as well as making sure all drinks were full and carefully brought plates to and from tables when came up from the food line and when the guests were finished with their meal.
