I am co-owner and founder of RealtySource Inc., a progressive real estate brokerage in its 14th year of business. We proudly serve the Eastern Ontario Market which includes Napanee, Kingston through to the 1000 Islands and Brockville. I have extensive experience in managing new home and condo projects from the beginning design stage straight through to the launch of sales and complete sell out. We have a growing commercial division where my role allows me to work together with the respective new home and condo teams in a steering capacity while staying actively involved in commercial sales, leasing and joint venture development opportunities. I also work together in formulating small real estate development projects of which I am an active investor participant and project manager. I am also currently pursuing the enhancement of our brokerage’s networking and linkage to the Chinese market place. I will be making my second trip to China this December for a major trade show with over 6,500 targeted and qualified prospective purchasers. Canada is the number three market of choice of International Real Estate Investors next to the USA and Australia. I will continue to work on the networking opportunity that exists here for us. While I have over 25 years of experience, I am as passionate about real estate today as I was when I began.
