As an agroforestry graduate from the University of Rwanda, I am passionate about working in the agroforestry industry to use my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the environment and the community. I have a strong background in agroforestry, biology, and geography, and I am proficient in computer literacy and youth engagement.Currently, I am the Agriculture Manager at AsOne Ministries, where I manage 20 acres of land and oversee all the farming activities, from planning and planting to budgeting and monitoring. I also work as an extension officer, sharing my experience and expertise with the community members and scaling the technologies that are working on my farm to benefit them. In my previous role as an intern at ECHO International, I participated in various projects and activities that involved conservation agriculture, vegetable planting, rainwater harvesting, soil testing, tree nursery, and compost making. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in farm and community development, communication, and professionalism. My goal is to continue learning and growing in the agroforestry field, and to contribute to the sustainable and innovative solutions that can address the challenges and opportunities in this sector.
