We provide hospitals with computational tools they can depend on to manage all aspects of their surgical ecosystem. Our tools are powered by a proprietary data stream generated by tracking surgical instruments within the operating room. Through close collaboration with hospitals, care providers and administrators, I help bring our novel surgical instrument tracking technology into the clinical care environments where it matters most.

I am the Founder and Principal Investigator of a unique translational medical engineering laboratory housed within Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering. We specialize in designing, developing and pioneering robotic neurosurgery, minimally invasive surgical devices, and surgical technology and innovation. We take ideas from needs to translation for the benefit of our patients and their families.

Provided regulatory and research management strategy for the develop and translation of technology from the research environment to fulfill DoD needs in healthcare with dual public benefit. The inaugural effort is focused on introducing a platform device to enable endoscopic neurosurgery.

I was responsible for leading a neurosurgical service with clinical expertise in general neurosurgery, tumor and vascular neurosurgery, spinal neurosurgery including advanced spinal instrumentation, craniospinal traumatic injuries, and endoscopic and minimally invasive cranial surgery.Research work included device development and technology innovation for neurosurgery, neurosurgical robotics, cranial and spinal endoscopy applications
