Patrick J. He has a successful track record in building organizations in both start-up and Fortune 500 companies including founding five companies and one investment fund. Mr. Mallon was integral in the development and commercialization of the Nobel Prize winning PCR technology and the introduction of the world’s first protease inhibitor for HIV disease. Also, he has been responsible for product sales ranging from inception to over $1 billion annually. Additionally, Mr. Mallon has led and/or participated in negotiating and structuring numerous transactions including the raising of over $120 million in venture capital, greater than $500 million in strategic partnerships and licenses, and over $5 billion in M&A transactions.
