My journey has not been a typical one. After high school I spend some time working in retail, learning how to work with vast array of personalities. Whether it was developing a comfort with KPIs, sales aptitude, or communicating with my team to accomplish our goals, I am grateful for the skills that this part of my life engrained in me.I attended school full time while working full time and was able to graduate in 3 years, taking an internship at Enstar during my junior year. This introduced me to the reinsurance/run-off industry.From there on I have been able to build experience in preparing valuations for commutations and potential commutations, reserve recertifications, data analysis, preparing quarterly reports, and project management. In aide to this work I have developed my skills in VBA, both creating new and editing old macros in Excel models.
