Tested Broadsoft platform and the Verint Mediation Device (MD) for compliance with the VoIP CALEA T1.678 and J.025A standards. Configured Cisco 2811 router to deliver call data via TDM. Assisted with the FVO of the VoIP CALEA service in the Verizon network.

Tested third-party vendor VoIP equipment for compatibility with the company's SoftSwitch. Tested media gateway control protocol (MGCP) integrated access devices (IADs), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phones/IADs, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and IP application servers/private branch exchanges (PBXs).

Provided 2nd level support for DMS-250 issues. Trouble-shot Operations issues dealing with a large variety of issues, such as outages, billing, and traffic management. Coordinated switch load upgrades and patch installs between the switch vendor and switch sites/Operations.

Tested Signaling System 7 (SS7) and Class 5 system software/hardware to verify reliability of new releases and compatibility with existing network elements. Provided SS7 expert support and project managed the installation of six new STPs in network, ensuring correct installation of SS7 equipment.
