RESPONSIBILITIES■ Planned and executed improvement projects in the Maintenance Department up to $500k;■ Procurement of mine site plant and equipment including front end loaders, forklifts and maintenance trucks;■ Managed Maintenance Department budget utilising Xeras;■ Assisted with the development of the schedule, scope of works and cost forecast for a dragline and shovel shutdown;■ Engineering support for the execution of wash plant maintenance shutdown;■ Conducted spares review;■ Developed processes for new team members;■ Implementing safety in the workplace through the process of risk identification and assessment;■ Hazard identification and safety improvement projects;■ Developing SAP Maintenance Plans including master data, task lists and upload sheets.ACHIEVEMENTS■ Upgraded maintenance workshop - $500k;■ Mobile office with communications utilised for all maintenance shutdowns in the field - $100k.
