Aligning our ITSM product workflows with our SLAs to ensure our compliance with business objectives. Manage the development of our ServiceNow CMDB improvement project, including Discovery, Business Applications, and Service Mapping. Participate in Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Managers collective, allowing teams to better understand the coordinated efforts of all IS teams. Coordinate the data collection of Business Applications and Service Mapping with each IS team, allowing our CMDB to be a source of truth.Actively support the product development of our ServiceNow implementations of the Service Catalog, HR Portal, Supply Chain, ITSM, and Nursing Training.
