Started working in Recruitment in 2004 following a career as an actor which saw him in West –End productions of Evita and Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dream coat- understudying the lead!Patrick began his recruiting career working for Intellego Health – which specialised in the private and NHS sectors. During his time at Intellego, Patrick was promoted to New Business Development Manager and won contracts with many leading Trusts throughout London and the UK. He also headed up a project to staff a Knee specialist clinic in Dubai- founded by the King of Dubai.Patrick joined ROC in the summer of 2007, initially with the Commercial team but then joined the retail team and set up the Beauty Division.
