Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam: Rome, Italy

I performed a university-sponsored, independent & comparative research project on the education of deaf students in Rome, Italy, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I utilized traditional and ethnographic research concepts including first-hand research at both locations over the course of a school year. The project culminated a year later as two papers on each.

Research Assistant on “Child Sex Trafficking in Higher Education” research project – the first database of professors and staff in higher education arrested and/or prosecuted on child pornography related crimes. Tasks included making independent decisions about data strategy, developing methodology, data collection and data entry with a research objective.
