I was part of a team that successfully launched the DICK'S Sporting Goods tablet-optimized, e-commerce website. E-commerce Product Manager for the DICK’S mobile website. Responsible for increasing MoM and YoY mobile site KPIs such as conversion, average order value and units per transaction using front-end optimization strategies via A/B testing with Adobe Target.

ExtendSMS developed and maintained a proprietary web-based mobile application platform (Software-as-a-Service model). The solution enabled companies and agencies of all sizes to quickly implement interactive SMS and mobile web-based applications. I founded and built ExtendSMS in 2009.I developed the first version of the platform using Cold Fusion and MS SQL Server. The platform was then rebuilt from scratch by an outside agency. My role was mainly focused on the product vision while collaborating with on/off-shore developers, designers and testers.

The Fiserv IMS Group develops and maintains a data warehousing solution for financial institutions called InformEnt. My first project was to gather requirements for a web-based version of Process Manager - a stand-alone application that schedules and executes activity in the InformEnt data warehouse. My second project involved working in the professional services group as a data analyst to help convert a large client from one warehouse solution to the InformEnt data warehouse solution.

San Diego / Pittsburgh, PABenSoft developed and maintained an online health reimbursement administration portal (Software-as-a-Service model). I started at BenSoft, Inc. in June 2005, working out of the house of the owner, performing customer support and software QA. Over a three year period, I helped BenSoft become an acquisition target by improving software quality, customer relations and internal processes. In 2008, BenSoft was acquired by Metavante Technologies. On October 1, 2009, Metavante Technologies was acquired by FIS Global.

I started at Digital Site Systems out of college as an entry-level software tester and later was promoted to the Software QA Manager. I was responsible for the overall support and quality of Quadrel, a Visual Basic/SQL Server application. I also helped convert the business model from a stand-alone software implementation to a Citrix-based model.
