Lead field recruiting efforts for front end recrutiing, lead generation, and sourcing plans for the Southwest Market Group covering 7 states; AZ, NM, TX, LA, AR, OK, & KS. Instrumental in driving the recruiting process and working close with field leadership moving this area from last to the top in growth and stack rankings.

Wholesaled all channels to effectively drive advisor sales to the firm, adding new accounts and assets into various equity & fixed income SMA strategies and a large menu of ETF's in the Southwest Market Region, based in Dallas, TX. Successfully attained significant assets with very limited selling agreements for the SMA's, primarily into the wirehouse channel, while supporting all UIT sales with separate peer sales group.

Responsible for the initial launch and success of a complete start up, turn-key separately managed accounts platform, including signing new B/D's for distribution, creation of territory development, and driving new sales from advisors for W PA and North & Central Ohio. Instrumental in the initial launch, development, road shows, and lift for this unique and flatform structure and features.

Wholesaled JHF mutual funds, closed-end funds, and separately managed accounts into all channels of distribution covering at various times and markets in IL/IA/WI/NE, and parts of MO & MN.
