• Conducts Site Survey reflecting the quality standard design to be implemented.
• Prepares Request to Attach (RTA) documents to be presented to Electric Cooperatives for their approval
• Monitoring the daily performance/report of each Subcontractors for their Engineering Works, RTA Documents, and Implementation.
