• Responsible for providing top quality design and implementation which ensures a cost-effective Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Network throughout Panay Island (Iloilo, Capiz, Antique & Aklan)• Executes daily Design engineering activities, including working with teams to design and implement the processes and layouts.• Produces a High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) using Google Earth and AutoCAD to be presented to Client for their approval.• Conducts Site Survey reflecting the quality standard design to be implemented.• Prepares Request to Attach (RTA) documents to be presented to Electric Cooperatives for their approval• Monitoring the daily performance/report of each Subcontractors for their Engineering Works, RTA Documents, and Implementation.• Consistently maintained a record of producing jobs higher than the expected monthly target.• Undertakes the evaluation of designs submitted by subcontractors for use in implementation.• Work side by side with Client for the Acceptance Test (PAT & FAT).• Prepares the BOQ & BOM used in the field. Along with the Material Reconciliation in quantifying the materials used in the field and withdrawn from warehouse.• Provides technical assistance to Subcontractors during Designs and Implementation to follow the Standard Operating Procedure.• Conducts Site Inspection and leads the team in evaluating the accomplishment of Subcontractors.• Experienced in operating OTDR, Light Source, Power Meter and Grounding Megger for Initial Testing of Fiber Optics and Acceptance Test.

As a Fibre Design Engineer, our role in this company is to maximize our skills in designing the Local Fibre Network of the largest Telecommunication Company in Australia the National Broadband Network (NBN). In more than 1 year of experience in this company, i’ve been assigned with different types of technology involving both Fibre and Copper. The Whole layout design of the network will be designed according to the type of technology that is assigned to the designers.
