Oversee and coordinate the movement of personnel in support of overseas and national missions, training exercises, validating training requests based on merit criteria. Ensure accurate record keeping of all training and employment operations worldwide for the Ontario Region. Assist in information management on SharePoint, managing accessibility and the Calendar of events. Facilitate and manage training initiatives for all detachments held at our Toronto HQ facility.• Put together Virtual Facilities Assessment and Unit Procurement training for all detachments within RPOU Ontario.• Coordinated the movement of personnel for overseas construction engineering operations in Latvia, Kuwait and Mali.

Directly responsible for all the maintenance of new infrastructure and the Base Preventive Maintenance Program, involving all mechanical and structural maintenance inspections and repairs of DND property. With Defence Construction Canada, I co-manage the Maintenance Connection software program for all assets, involving all mechanical & structural assets concerning the PM program within the immediate area as well as all satellite locations. I ensure Quality Assurance & Control for all PM work performed and I'm also the point of contact for all maintenance work within my zone of responsibility.

In coordination with the Operations Officer and the Alert Management Office, I ensured that projects proceeded smoothly and goods and services were verified, purchased and delivered promptly. I verified and authorized LPO(Local Purchase Order) and SOA (Standard Offer Agreement) submissions from Contracts personnel, assessed the performance of military personnel and provided input when civilian personnel were evaluated. Managed the SOA files under my responsibility for Trenton, Alert and Eureka; coordinating all projects towards successful completion. Executed various LPOs and verified QC and QA for all contract work completed.

Conducting Quality Assurance/Quality Control on all CF Reserve Armouries within the GTA ensuring that work carried out by contractors is completed within a specific time period & that all work is performed according to design, applicable national, provincial & municipal building codes and bylaws.

Working with Defence Construction Canada, handled projects ranging in value of $50 thousand to $1.2 million such as the Camp Hero Firing Range, the Admin. Bldg Construction and the Cdn Post Office Renovation. Managed SOA and SA (Supply Agreement) files, coordinating the receipt of goods and job completion. In all work, verified QC and QA, drafting up project estimates, creating project and SOA/SA files using Cdn Forces Engineering Management System (CFEMS) software. Coordinated task priorities and completed documentation such as the Contemplated Change Notice, the Change Order, Contractor Performance Evaluation Report Form (CPERF) and all Tender documents.
