The Rector is the Chief Executive Officer of DePaul Centre adn oversees the education, formation and training of Vincentian seminarians in Kenya. The Superior is the head of the Vincentian community at DePaul Centre.

Established a new Organisation Chart for the College which reorganised structures into four executive units lead by Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents and the Finance Director became the new Senior Management Team. The new organisation chart had clear reporting lines for each employee. 2. Consolidated three separate schools in the College into one single school and single faculty under one Dean. 3. Established a Human Resource Office to improve human resource and contractual practices in the College.4. New Mission and Vision Statements.5. New strategic plan, "Aisling2017: A Dream for Freedom and Choice in Education". 6. A Business Sustainability Plan addressed cash flow, enrolment and fundraising targets. 7. Conducted a Fundraising feasibility study and developed a Fundraising Plan. 8. Established a new U.S. tax exemption status (501c3) & new National U.S. Board of Directors 9. Partnership with Child Vision and Rosmini School.10. Establish new relationships between All Hallows and U.S. institutions of higher education: Felician College, Viterbo University, Carroll College, Catholic Theological Union. 11. In 2012, started the Annual Chicago All Hallows Chicago Benefit.12. A decision was taken to make targeted investments in staffing and facilities. The college targeted Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) accreditation for our BA Theology and Psychology as the best option to overcome limited and exhausted demand for our undergraduate programme. 13. Upgraded the College’s historic building (1726) and main reception to counter the years of deferred maintenance and to begin the process of developing the needed infrastructure of the college.14. Centralised academic administration into the Academic Service Unit (ASC). 15. Appointed a Space Reallocation Task Force.
