I am a member of the Advisory Risk Assurance team operating from the Dublin office, specialising in 3rd party license compliance on behalf of a major software vendor. I work on audits in both the public and private sectors across multiple regions within EMEA. I engage in each audit from the initial contact stage to final closure and delivery of findings to our client. Many audits include onsite inspections which required travel to different countries within EMEA. My responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Ensuring the viability of specific audit work• Conducting research prior to engagements• Engaging with audit customer and ensuring contact is maintained throughout the audit process• Analysing, consolidating and preparing data before and after onsite inspections• Leading on site audits across EMEA• Preparing final reports and other key deliverables for our client

The Glen, Cork, Ireland

At the Glen Resource Centre my role was to work with a team of instructors to ensure the safety of clientele while they took part in high rope activities. The groups that I worked with included school tours, corporate retreats, youth organisations, Garda diversion schemes and special needs groups. Other key responsibilities included welcoming clients, working closely with them and ensuring that they were fully satisfied with their experience at the centre as well as promoting the company to customers and informing them about upcoming events and special offers. I was also responsible for the maintenance of safety equipment and the climbing areas.
