Reporting to the QLD General Manager, my responsibilities included:* Developing high quality software using predominantly Microsoft technologies;* Delivering IT solutions through all phases of the software development life cycle, from inception through to production;* Authoring a range of documentation on the development, deployment, maintenance, administration and use of IT systems;* Providing feedback and enabling improvement on software architecture and software development processes;* Working directly with business stakeholders to identify and improve key problem areas;* Conducting pre-sales and product demonstrations with senior business stakeholders;* Providing both formal and informal training to end users in the use of solutions we delivered; and* Conducting technical interviews of DWS candidates.
