It is my pleasure to lead the Juvare Federal and Defense (JFD) business unit and its talented team of associates. We're passionate about raising the bar in service to the diverse missions of the U.S. Government. JFD’s solution suite facilitates real-time situational awareness to provide a full understanding of events as they unfold, allowing decision makers to quickly and confidently make the correct call to keep Americans safe.

I was responsible for the development and execution of strategic growth plans specific to commercial software and information technology products and services across the Deployed Family of Companies.

Reporting to the CEO, I was responsible for leading critical, cross-functional strategic initiatives for Juvare's high growth client verticals with an initial focus on the United States Federal market along with M&A activities.

As a member of the Senior Executive Team, I led Juvare’s talented group of web developers, business process consultants and trainers to deliver solutions for the worldwide clientele of our crisis management and resilience software products. During my tenure, I had P&L responsibility for the services team and achieved a superior revenue CAGR, expanded gross margins while limiting staff turnover to single digits.

I was responsible for planning and leading a series of strategic projects such as new product launches, mergers and acquisition activities and operations process improvement initiatives. The highlight of this role was working across the company to launch our first-ever turnkey wellness program with one of the largest employers in the United States.

I was the senior executive and general manager responsible for our United Kingdom healthcare market team. We delivered high-impact clinical interoperability and integrated care solutions to the National Health Service - helping the UK's clinicians by simplifying their workflows and delivering clarity at the point of care. Following the departure of our founding leadership in mid-2013, I worked with our talented team to realign responsibilities and lean out our business processes - improving productivity and morale. With clients ranging from Scotland down to the South of England - our team quickly became the high growth segment of our company's portfolio.

In this two-year special assignment, based in Scotland with a global remit, I founded and led the Global Process Optimization team for the newly formed Harris CapRock (an entity formed via the acquisition and merger of two competing commercial satellite communications providers - CapRock and Schlumberger GCS in 2010/2011). Our team focused on the implementation and continual improvement of the company's operations and customer service management processes, rapidly introducing an ITIL-modeled process set to help unify our 1200 person global team.

Working with the founding team of our company's nascent healthcare division, I led a diverse series of successful strategic initiatives that helped establish a strong business base for our entrepreneurial team. As capture manager, I guided our pursuit team to a critical military healthcare award - only our second ever at the time and key to establishing our market relevance. Additional highlights included the structuring and planning of a key joint venture with a leading Academic Medical Institution and the execution of a innovation fueling investment in an international commercial oncology practice - both complex transactions on the top of our strategic agenda.
