I am a Licensed architect, practicing for more than 27 years, following graduation from Penn State University. I am a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects), a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and I am Massachusetts certified for educational projects, with a focus on science and technology projects as well as K-12 and higher educational facilities. My focus in the last 10 years has been mostly designing and detailing high efficient building enclosures and contract administration; working closely with CMs and our clients mitigating construction cost and schedule.Additionally I take great pride in being able to serve the Town of Swampscott as a previously elected member to the Board of Selectman, Planning Board, and various Building Committees in town.Specialties: Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and most of all listening
