- Founded and pastored Church in the Word, a non-denominational and multi-ethnic church in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.- Developed overall vision, mission statement and strategy for the church.- Developed illustrated messages to more effectually communicate. - Developed integrated leadership teams for adult, youth and children's ministries. Developed a dynamic pastoral team to care for the various congregational needs.- Developed community outreach programs that met the needs of the community both spiritually and materially. - Led the development of an energetic congregation that incorporated modern media to communicate with the congregation and greater community. - Led ministry teams for global missions to Asia, Europe and Africa.- Oversaw the build-out of a fully functional and modern 26,000 sq. ft. facility that incorporated all the various ministries of the church, including youth, children and food-pantry. - Developed a staff team for the transition to a new senior pastor.
