Lead the multi-year strategic vision and advisor-focused platform to enable the top 250 advisors to accomplish all servicing and management tasks for clients by using a single tool. Oversee the digital product portfolio and roadmap for the shared business services model, built to create an efficient user experience to enhance the customer’s experience. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and financial leaders to define the product vision and strategy, and deliver experiences that align with business objectives and service the end users, customers and stakeholders• Engage with the customer, gather direct feedback, and adjust the strategy based on customer insights to resolve challenges and ensure the product delivers efficient and top-value performance • Develop and prioritize functional requirements for new or revised features or technical product enhancements and communicate updates around the vision to the team• Coach and develop a team of six product managers and business analysts, and partner with HR on recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent for the company• Manage the product roadmaps, including the elaboration of epics, themes, and features into achievable actions• Participate in engineering updates, Daily Scrums, Sprint planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives and prepare for roadmap changes within the project• Assisted in the transformation to an Agile environment for the organization of up to 6,000 employees; spearheaded the transition of a core group of 60 employees, and trained 200-300 employees in the adoption of Agile methodologies while greatly increasing employee engagement• Built a strategy to drive improvements in the shared services system; created backlog items of epics and features; decreased the per-call rate and reached the annual target goal• Nominated for the Regional Leadership Forum; graduated from the Chicago Chapter in 2018• Nominated for the Cornell Design Thinking Course; graduated in 2018
