I lead the manufacturing and business analytics program that analyses manufacturing process data to support condition based fault detection, predictive maintenance and process improvement. It's really cool stuff.We're able to use data to problem solve to root cause and prevent fault recurrence. The full solution allows us to develop and publish real-time analytical charts, reports and dashboards to the shopfloor.We use the OSI Pi Suite with Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Stack in our software solution.

US Small Business Administration (SBA) - Redesign of www.sba.gov:I was the functional lead responsible for the Information Architecture and User Interface for Administrators of the new SBA.gov website. I managed the requirements process which included a stakeholder community of over 100+ stakeholders from across all 50 states.
