• Actively engage with vendors in order to facilitate effective as-built and documentation turnover. This includes seeking out answers for vendor technical queries by contacting relevant TransCanada Departments and Subject Manner Experts• Identify and locate documentation stored on Share Point for Project Turnover Memorandums, Internal Leave to Open and other document requests. Missing documents are followed up by searching for hardcopies in storage or contacting responsible vendors• Produce scope of works and quotes based on data collected through contacting stakeholders and prospective contractors

• Collaborated with multiple departments to complete assignments and trouble shoot issues to honor deadlines in a timely manner• Generated excel spreadsheets to organize valves and auxiliary components found on blueprints, schematics and maps for later processing, cross referencing and error checking• Edit and optimized procedural and reference documents for more comprehensive uptake of information
