• Responsible for developing, updating, populating, maintaining master packages, and layouts for the Mustang independant rear suspension utilizing IDEAS and Metaphase. Provided CAD support for 2005 Cobra Mustang.
• Modeled and maintained rear suspension geometry within program timing.
• Modeled suspension components for fabrication by Roush Engineering resulting in the retro fitting of a 4-Link rear suspension on an existing prototype Mustang under compressed timing.
• Led weekly chassis CAD design reviews with engineering, program management, and suppliers to resolve current design issues.
