Patrick is a Human Personality Consultant and Transformational Educator. He is an accredited trainer, speaker and motivator. He has degrees in Philosophy and Theology and a Masters degree in Education. He is an entrepreneur with vast experience working with businesses to improve productivity through better communication and collaboration skills. Patrick’s experience in education, both as a teacher and executive, has driven him to encourage and develop a broad understanding of collaborative learning and leadership in transforming how staff and students understand the difference between core motivation and behaviour. He is the author of ‘The WID Factor - Why I Do What I Do’ and has a passion for bringing ‘The WID Factor’ to the youth and corporations in a simple and accessible so that people ‘who think differently can act together’ to achieve common outcomes. He is an Accredited Enneagram teacher and facilitator. Patrick aims to foster self-awareness and deepen understanding of self and others in relationships and the workplace. Patrick served as President on the Board of the International Enneagram Association(IEA) based in the USA in 2018 and 2019 and on the Academic Faculty of Mundo Eneagrama based in London, both non-profit organisations.
