Worth, TX 2014 to 2016. Project Manager for two multi-million capacity expansion projects for Heaven Hill Distilleries 2007 and 2016. Project Manager for the Angel's Envy in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include the design/development of new equipment and processes; management of engineering activities, procurement efforts, scheduling, budgeting; and supervision of all contractors. 2014 Project/Construction Manager the new distillery projects for Michter's in Louisville, KY. 2012 to 2015. Project/Construction Manager for the capacity upgrade project for Clariant Chemical Co. in Louisville, KY. 2012 to 2013 Project/Construction Manager for a major expansion project for Maker’s Mark distillery in Loretto, KY. 2010 to 2012 Project and Construction Manager for a new distillery complex for Wild Turkey in Lawrenceburg, KY. 2007 to 2011 Project Manager for a 50 million gallon-per-year biodiesel facility for the Owensboro Grain Company in Owensboro, KY. 2006 to 2007 Project Manager for a chilled water cooling system project for the Krsko Nuclear Power Facility in Krsko, Slovenia. 2005 to 2007 Project engineer for a hazardous chemical handling system for the US Missile Defense Agency, Airborne Laser Project.

Project EngineerProject management and engineering for the sale, application, design, fabrication and delivery of bulk solids drying equipment, including fluid bed dryers/coolers (vibrating and non-vibrating), vibrating conveyors, screeners, flash dryers, and spin-flash dryers. Specific responsibilities included the coordination of drafting, engineering and manufacturing services, sales support, application engineering, quotations, laboratory testing, operations manuals, customer service, field testing, and training.Significant Achievements: Analysis and modification of cheese drying operation in Canada saved customer nearly $1 million over the cost of new equipment.  Developed a revolutionary baking soda purification process system that cut sodium carbonate conversion times from one hour to four minutes. Introduced flash-drying and spin-flash drying capabilities to the company after extensive training at a sister company in Tokyo, Japan.

Led company efforts in the development of CAD drafting technology.Product Development EngineerManagement of inter-departmental R&D teams responsible for the development of new food processing products. Specific duties included team management, manufacturing coordination, 3D computer modeling, ASME pressure vessel design, machine design, material testing, laboratory and field testing of prototypes.

Design Engineer Responsibilities: Structural and mechanical design for boilers and piping systems per building code and ASME Power Boiler Code; cost estimating and quotations for new equipment; computer programming for heat transfer design; technical support for customers and sales staff.
