After starting in logistics and IT, my involvement and interest in operational en general management grew. I gained experience in operating and managing complex and politically charged international orientated, organizations. Within these organizations my assignment was to professionalize and reorganize IT services, financially and functionally. From 2007 until August 2011 this experience helped me in creating a team with whom we reorganized and transformed a loss-making Managed Services provider to quality and service orientated organization with considerable profit.As of September 2011 I accepted a new challenge as Business Consultant at Cofely GDF-Suez and as Cofely transformed into ENGIE my responsibility transformed in managing the Business Unit Smart Digital Operations, responsible for ENGIE owned datacentres in the Netherlands and IT and OT infrastructure services with a strong focus on Cyber Security. Together with a great team creating a safer and securer infrastructure for ENGIE's digitalisation and her customers.Specialties: As my background is Logistics I have a unique way at looking, analyzing and translating processes and adjusting these into added value for the organization. I am cost and goals orientated, but remain a people manager. Over the years I gained experience on HR, financial and strategic management.
