What’s better than bringing a website design to life? Being able to measure the positive impact it has on business revenue. As a director of digital marketing at Visa, I oversaw the success of the Authorize.Net corporate website, a B2B SAAS lead generation site that surpassed one million visits and thousands of new customer signups monthly. My responsibilities covered the full sales funnel of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, website design and usability, analytics and reporting. Managing a site that large required collaboration and management of several interactive agencies and individual contractors, as well as broad internal stakeholders. Website Design- Completed nine website redesign projects ranging from fully internal to extensive collaboration with an international interactive design firm, including business objectives, personas, buyer’s journeys, hero flows, user testing, brand identity, information architecture and content creation- Upgraded an existing 150-page website to a mobile responsive platform Lead Generation- Increased leads by 100%, which led to the hire of additional sales staff and an important additional sales channel- Managed $1.2 million paid search, retargeting and prospecting campaigns which generated ROMI up to $3:1- Completed a comprehensive SEO site audit with an award-winning SEM firm, and generated immediate ranking improvement- Maintained a website authority score between 91 and 93 Analytics and Reporting- Implemented Google Analytics goals to effectively measure KPIs and sales targets- Helped create a dashboard to automate ROMI reporting to senior management- Worked across departments to bridge business intelligence and website analytics Content Creation and Authoring- Provided website design, information architecture, graphic design and copywriting skills as needed to complete projects and introduce enhancements- Participated in a CMS migration of all public websites to Adobe Experience Manager
