The real estate industry has trended recently to brokerage models where the agent is treated as a commodity for the consumer, and not as a trusted fiduciary. We believe that focusing on the relationship between a new kind of brokerage and the agents it invests into is the key to changing the agent's care for their clients and will restore trust in the real estate industry.
