I am a co-founder of EKLYPSS, offering advisory and executive coaching services. We partner with executives, teams and organisations on strategic challenges and opportunities: we listen, challenge, create clarity and generate a lasting impact. I am passionate about everything I do, with a record of success to prove it. I have a finance background, combined with many years’ experience in the aviation and property sectors. I have managed varied divisions and companies in an executive leadership capacity globally. I have successfully led organisational change and grown businesses both generically and via acquisition, and often been the “go-to-guy” when things need implementing or fixing. Formalising these experiences into a service offering as coach and sparring partner was the logical progression.I have a firm, no-nonsense approach, I embrace change and love a challenge. These unique skills, personality and experience combine seamlessly to allow me to have a real impact as a coach and advisor.I am also currently involved in property investment and sales in the UK and South Africa.
