Bring on the next challenge.Having recently completed my master's, one of my greatest personal achievements, whilst leading a department of 75 people. I've put it all aside to support the transition of my wife in two young girls with our relocation to Australia. It is also a time to take stock of what is important to me. I'm passionate about Operations and People along with their underlying constituents which bind organisations together. It is this interdependency which brings life to products and services and ensures that there is consistency and foundations on which to innovate, scale and react to market changes. I have been part of small (start-up), medium and large businesses, in each of these two themes stands out as critical success factors, People and Process. People are the lifeblood of the organisation, their contribution, development and wellbeing are fundamental to establishing a productive, innovative and caring culture. These people care for the other people, our Customers. Care for the one to care for the other.Process is the golden thread which weaves together all facets of any business. Process is intrinsic within culture to manage CX, growth, production, change, and profitability. Fostering a sense of care towards ourselves, our colleagues and our planet can happen through Operations!
