This system equips field engineers with digital tools and automates workflow processes, enhancing operations efficiency and team productivity. I have over eight years of experience in managing IT and network infrastructure projects, both in Singapore and Australia.I am a certified project management professional (PMP) and scrum master, with a graduate certificate in analytics project management from the National University of Singapore. I am proficient in IT vendor management, from contract negotiation to project implementation. I also have skills in robotic process automation (RPA) and data analytics, which I apply to drive digital transformation and innovation in my current role.
