A complex and sometimes very lonely time, where not only are they dealing with hormonal changes (Andropause), but is also a time where a multitude of serious and far reaching life decisions are questioned. Anecdotally this period of life is also called the "midlife crisis", but it need not be. I guide men through these transitions, offering insights and support to help them regain clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. Add to this the natural life transition of midlife and the loneliness and feelings of isolation, guilt and shame can increase exponentially. Questions emerge pertaining purpose, legacy and the goal or object of life itself. These can be choppy waters, they need not end in the classic "midlife crisis", but can just be an opportunity to a reawakening. I support men in leadership through this process to emerge stronger and more purposeful in themselves and the communities they serve.2. Team Restoration CatalystI help teams restore optimal performance. A team is only as strong as its weakest link, sometimes this is a department / division or team in a larger system that is challenged in keeping up with the demands of business as they evolve. My career has by default been punctuated by entering and being drawn into these environments.
