Male Midlife Coach:I help men in leadership navigate through midlife. As we escalate up the ranks in our careers, we also tend to become more and more isolated with few people who we can trust and talk to about our challenges. Men in particular have been conditioned and conformed to "toughing it out" alone. Add to this the natural life transition of midlife and the loneliness and feelings of isolation, guilt and shame can increase exponentially. Questions emerge pertaining purpose, legacy and the goal or object of life itself. These can be choppy waters, they need not end in the classic "midlife crisis", but can just be an opportunity to a reawakening. I support men in leadership through this process to emerge stronger and more purposeful in themselves and the communities they serve.2. Team Restoration CatalystI help teams restore optimal performance. A team is only as strong as its weakest link, sometimes this is a department / division or team in a larger system that is challenged in keeping up with the demands of business as they evolve. My career has by default been punctuated by entering and being drawn into these environments. There is little more satisfying than seeing what was a group of individuals each serving and protecting self evolve and emerge as a unit that is greater than the some of its parts. Show less
