Main responsibilities: - Establishment and development of network: Relation Manager for a network of external partners. - Analysis and strategic recommendations: Understanding of partners’ needs and in light of this understanding present recommendations for product development. - Tasks in relation to HR: Employment contracts, inspection of the work environment and ad hoc tasks.Results: I expanded the existing stakeholder network from 20 members to over 100 members and established contacts and agreements with major trade associations. This was made possible through the foregoing analysis and strategic recommendations, as this work was decisive to develop the program to meet the stakeholders’ expectations and demand.

Main responsibilities: - Optimization and standardization of the recruitment process: Evaluation and development of the recruitment process to improve the quality and the practicability. - Communication of problems regarding employment law: Composition of blog posts and guides targeted entrepreneurs dealing with problems as employee sickness and dismissal of employees. - Work environment: Executed an inspection of the work environment.Results: The optimization of the recruitment process helped the company before a larger turnover and expansion of the staff. I wrote a guide with Bluegarden addressing problems regarding the handling of holiday allowance and other issues related to the employee’s entitlement to leave. The guide is still used and sold today. Lastly the inspection of the work environment contributed to a decision of moving to a bigger location.

Apart from that I improved the site’s SEO value which secured its place among the top results on a number of selected keywords.
