Support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Critical Technologies, Under Secretary of Defense, Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)).

Provided advisory and planning support for the Operations Analysis Department, Operations Integration Directorate, Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Managed the resourcing and execution of agency taskings and project deliverables across multiple information platforms.

Led a joint team of military officers, civil servants, and consultants in managing reviews of crisis and contingency plans for approval by the Secretary of Defense and Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, across all combatant commands worldwide.Directed the formulation of strategic options to resolve complex problems for General officers and U.S. Government officials through executive level forums and engagements. These options and solutions enabled the national security decision-making process.

Led a cross-functional team of operational planners in developing and obtaining three and four-star level approvals of key crisis and contingency plans by U.S. and NATO commanders, which resulted in the endorsement and publication of U.S. and allied defense and mobilization plans.Presided over multiple collaborative planning sessions leading to the development and issuance of plans, orders, and strategic level guidance for activities and investments affecting a land force of over 38,000 Soldiers throughout Western and Eastern Europe.

Served as the principal planner and chief architect of bilateral contingency plans approved by the U.S. Secretary of Defense, Korea Minister of Defense, and the U.S. and Republic of Korea, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Awarded for enduring contributions to the U.S.-Republic of Korea alliance.

Served as lead author of the Army Strategic Planning Guidance for the Army’s five-year budget program, signed by the U.S. Army Chief-of-Staff and the Secretary of the Army. Provided significant contributions as lead strategist for the 2014 Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR).

Trained, deployed, and led over 100 Soldiers in the Army’s first Battlefield Surveillance unit supporting intelligence operations across Central and Northern Iraq. Awarded the Bronze Star Medal for wartime actions during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Coordinated the worldwide command, control, and transportation of 400+ personnel between multiple entry and departure points in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East; established and co-managed a 24-hour operations center providing operational and strategic intelligence to the Corps Commander and U.S. Embassy, Baghdad.

Provided operational intelligence research and analysis in support of contingency deployments and training exercises for subordinate Army units distributed across the U.S., Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and South Korea.
