I take pride in my work, love a challenge and immensely enjoy partaking in an active and dynamic team of colleagues. My time at the Danish Agricultural Agency (Landbrugsstyrelsen) has so far been a great experience, teaching me much in terms of working with SAFe and Scrum, in order to be agile in a lean development.Prior to my work for the ministry of food, agriculture and fisheries - being the ministry within which the Danish Agrucultural Agency resides - I worked a few years at CBS' Café Nexus as a Supervisor, in charge of Thursday events hosting between 600-1200 guest-capacity. This job granted me opportunities to develop skills concerning team-, conflict- and crisis management, while also learning the value of clear, unambiguous communication, all to achieve the best experience possible for the guests as well as the staff.While I have enjoyed learning many new skills and values at the Danish Agricultural Agency, including volunteering for setting up events every now and again, I can unequivocally say that no skill or experience eclipses that of having my fellow colleagues help me to stand on my own two feet in this job, allowing me to now lend a hand to others in turn.
