When I started my studies in industrial production/production technology in 2007 at the age of 20, I had no idea that I would end up in 2015 (ages ago again! ) at salesrep for precision tools. A job in which a degree is not even needed (at least in this case). REFA certificate, QB, AdA certificate, all for nothing? How can you do something like that??Quite simply: At my former employer, I was responsible for the entire tool management: strategic purchasing, optimization on the machines, networking of tool data within the company, budget responsibility, organization of storage, regrinding, etc. I was also the production manager's right-hand man. I also did a lot of other things that are involved in a mechanical production facility with 100 people: Bringing in machines, organizing repairs.However, my passion became more and more focused on cutting tools and their efficient use. So I was on the customer side. After 3 years of studying and 5 years on the job, all at the same company, I switched sides.So in 2015, I became the first salaried sales representative at KB Toolz Ost GmbH.Since then, I've been selling tools, optimizing machining processes, correcting errors, supporting customers, carrying out tests and so on...
