Project Managed the I.T. infrastructure and processes to enable digital payment transactions for the 2014 printing platform. This project enabled a new business model but new capabilities were needed in the areas of managing credit-card payment authentication and security.Managed the ‘Authenticated Rewards’ program roll-out which rewarded customers for using HP supplies. This program required significant I.T. resources to be able to manage the associated data and transactions to deliver both an optimal customer experience and protect the business from economic risks.
