Interface with outside counsel on various patent prosecution and litigation matters. Assist attorneys with enabling and enforcing legal holds of custodial accounts for active cases and potential disputes. Work with IT to gather evidence or relevant documentation as described in information subpoenas and document requests using Google Vault. Organize and host meetings for litigation and claim updates with responsible attorneys. Serve as coordinator of Legal Tracker, a software program for outside firm's billing to track invoices, rate sheets, and budgets. Work with legal administrator to open purchase orders using Oracle software. Various other legal responsibilities as requested.
