Through our solution development, in partnership with Atlassian, we lobbied and championed the launch of the Atlassian Marketplace. Other vendors had 1 or 2 each. Our solutions grew to 43 in the Marketplace (and dozens more since).

Worked in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) group, supporting and enhancing primarily all online transaction systems for cash streams. Designed, developed, and implemented software changes to support the business group to deliver business objectives and regulatory requirements set forth by the government. My work was in IT operations at the enterprise level, including design and architecture of enterprise solutions and deployments across multiple business functions, providing support and problem analysis for critical systems with high security, high throughput, and low latency requirements. Main duties were:* Supported and maintained existing cash based online transaction systems.* Designed and implemented new features as required by business.* Assisted and supported other teams with troubleshooting/diagnosing production problems.* Worked with business analysts and testers for change implementation.* Planned and scheduled change releases.* Liaised with the backend mainframe team for solution design.

Working with clients from a range of industries including technology, banking and finances, research, and pharmaceutical, helping them to design, architect, implement and deliver solutions that deliver business values by increasing the business process efficiency.
