Having recently graduated with a Bachelor in Psychological Science, I am eager to leverage my academic knowledge and organisational skills in a role that aligns with my passion for understanding human behaviour and employee engagement.Being employed full time at Balter Brewery whilst studying, I was provided with the opportunity to work in many departments including, hospitality, marketing, sales, human resources, logistics which has ultimately equipped me with commercially savvy skills, a passion for sharing creative ideas, and a genuine enthusiasm for making a difference.
