Novotech US Service Specialties: Clinical operations, monitoring (our CRAs have an average of ten years tenure and associated industry knowledge), auditing, medical monitoring, data management, subject centric recruitment, trial rescue, regulatory, site/vendor contracting and payments (NCGS holds 520 site MSAs) and eTMF.Expanded Resources: The acquisition will allow us to combine our 320 US resources with Novotech’s 2,300 strong team of experts across Asia-PAC. We will continue our EU reach through our long-term CRO collaboration partners providing an additional 300 resources to the collective team. Novotech globally will provide statistics, PVG, medical writing, Phase 1 trials, as well as, full service quality offerings they are known for across Asia-PAC.
