Directs the operations of the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center at the University of Northern Iowa.

• Manage and direct IASourcelink program staff; expand IASourcelink programing throughout Iowa, maintain the Business License Information Center; maintain relationships with the program partners, including the Iowa Economic Development Authority.• Implement and develop the use of a Salesforce CRM to track and report client interactions across all programs; generate progress reports on a semi-regular basis• Create and implement curriculum for community and youth entrepreneurship• Co-teacher courses such as Overview of Entrepreneurship and others as needed. • Supervise and support 2 full time staff and support the rest of the JPEC team• Lead development of grants and funding applications for state and federal agencies• Budget and administer budgets for responsible programs; assist director in financial decisions and center management
